Rana niño ( Pachymedusa dacnicolor )

The rana niño is an amphibian of nocturnal habits and arborícola rare low time of the trees to look for food, its diet consists of Hexápodos (Insects) we honored crickets and cockroaches. It can be transmitting of diseases due to his feeding we do not forget that the wild animals are parasitados constantly .

At the moment the young frog is catalogued as threatened by the clandestine commerce and due to the contamination of the affluents. Rarely they are accustomed to the captivity. They die generally by starvation or dehydration although does not frequent the affluents needs to humectar its skin.

Note: because we used creams to hydrate our skin, we must avoid to have contact with amphibians, since the chemical agents of most of creams are toxic for these animals.

Iguana Negra o Garrobo ( Ctenosaura pectinata )

General characteristics: Reptile of the order of Lacértidos.

Unlike the Iguana Verde (iguana Iguana) its diet is based mainly on Hexápodos (Insects) thus is difficult to maintain it in captivity most of the units that are captured by fans the Herpetología (Study of the Reptiles) die by starvation.

Most of the people of the Region it confuses it with a green Iguana because when they are in youthful state they are of green color, we do not forget that the green iguanas do not comprise of the fauna of Morelos.

It is a Poiquilotermo animal (it needs the solar light to carry out its metabolic processes like is it the feeding) of the fact that there it is observed to them total light of the day on rocks or in the glass of the trees.

Considered like threatened, due to the operation like source of food or illegal commercialization.
